I am a doctor and I enjoy the gift of life. I believe in living our lives to the fullest and no dream is out of reach. Becoming a doctor has been a childhood dream of mine and I have sacrificed most of my youth studying and it’s a decision that I will never regret. I love being in the medical field and having the ability to help people with their problems, let it be emotional or physical. I have been abroad for the past 6 years in Moscow completing my medical degree and I have developed a passion for medical missions. I have travelled to rural areas in India, villages in Sri Lanka and various places in Malaysia and Russia on medical missions to help the needy. I believe in giving back to the society.
Reading and writing has been my favourite past time since young, I can bury myself in books for hours and remain lost in the world the writer has created. I enjoy expressing myself through writing.
I love travelling and learning new cultures. Differences in culture are to be embraced and celebrated. I feel rejuvenated every time I travel and I crave for more the instant I’m back home. I also enjoy cooking during my free time. It’s easier to connect to people’s heart through food especially when there’s a language barrier.
I am also learning to adapt into living a healthier lifestyle. I believe in taking small steps when it comes to healthy living and making lifestyle changes. I want to be able to inspire people along the way as I embark this lifetime journey with them.

The food has since been successfully served at over 30 events, and has grown through word-of-mouth and recommendations. Every bite is filled with adventure, bringing an experience of a journey into eating. During the meal, one stops to discover something new, or revisits something familiar. The food is comforting, as well as being delightfully delicious!

"I'm an online health journalist hailing from Pennsylvania, where I spend most of my time writing, hiking and running. Over the course of my 24 years of life, I've pursued an obnoxious amount of fad diets, only to learn that my healthiest relationship with food came from loving and nourishing my body as it is, while working to improve my overall diet for maximum health. My journey has led me to become an avid long-distance runner living a vegan lifestyle, but I am always excited to share and swap new ideas with like-minded individuals in the health realm.
I currently hold a degree in the communications field and I'm working on obtaining further education in the areas of nutrition and sexual health. I've done extensive research and writing online and specifically enjoy educating women on sexual and reproductive wellness on my own site, So Well, So Woman! I’m a huge believer of how a plant-based diet is good for the environment, the animals and ourselves. Based in Hong Kong, I’ve noticed how the importance of healthy eating is hindered by the fast-paced city life. I went vegan at the age of 14 and have developed a huge passion for a healthy and conscious driven lifestyle since then. By cutting out animal products and eating unprocessed whole foods most of the time, I’ve developed a healthier relationship with food and experienced an improvement in my overall well-being.
