  • Use brown sugar in cooking instead of refined sugar, which can cause indigestion.
  • Avoid using coconut milk for cooking curry. Replace with cashew nut powder which is similar in taste.
  • Cook with extra virgin coconut oil.
  • Highly recommend Brown Rice/ Noodles/ Vermicelli to customers.
  • Using natural seasoning, alkaline water and avoid using MSG, colouring and preservatives.
