During her time in Melbourne, Janice embraced the city’s health craze where clean eating and organic whole food options are easily accessible at most of the brunch cafes. Ever since, she has been a self-professed avocado eating machine, and is always keen to explore and try out any new restaurants in town. However, she does not take her high metabolism for granted and can be seen swimming laps on most weekends. To calm her non-stop chattering mind, she practices Ashtanga Yoga to find her own grounding in the present moment.
