Welcome to my Fit Challenge series. In this series, I take you on different challenges to strengthen and increase endurance. Because I am trained in yoga, I’ll take a leaf out of the yoga book and will not be using any equipment – All you will need is you; just your body.
Today’s challenge? Core to a Favorite Song. My current favourite is Rudimental’s 'Lay it all on me' feat. Ed Sheeran. It’s about 4 minutes long and will get you grooving while you get stronger.
