Yes, a free PurelyB member account is required in order to proceed with a smooth and fast checkout.

Please go to the login page and click on “Forgot Your Password?” and we will email you an email for you to reset your password.

These are credits that you will be able to use to contra off your total bill.

Once you login, the store credit will automatically be available for use from within your account.

My Account

Simply head to www.purelyb.com and click on ‘Sign Up’ at the top right corner. Input your first name, email address, and password and click ‘sign up’.

  • You can update your credit card information by logging into your PurelyB account and selecting My Account.
  • **Select Credit Cards from the menu options and make all updates there. You may also select a new default card for future orders.
  • We respect your privacy and thus only you can access and modify your credit card information. PurelyB has no access to your credit card information.

Please login to your account and visit the My Account page. There, you will be able to update all of your account information, including your billing and shipping addresses.

My Order

Log into PurelyB, browse the stores and products available, click on ‘Add to Cart’, then ‘Proceed to Check Out’ and include your delivery address. Select the payment method of your choice and place your order.

Upon the confirmation of your order, you will receive a confirmation email listing the products purchased the total payment price.

Every order is instantly processed and thus, we are unable to make any changes once the order has been submitted.

Once your order is submitted, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order. Once your order is shipped, you can go into your account to check tracking information.

You would be able to cancel your order if the status of your order is marked as ‘Confirmed’ or ‘Ready to Ship’; however, once the item is ‘Shipped Out’, no further cancellations are allowed.

Kindly note that should you purchase products from multiple vendors that each vendor will be sending the products to you independently. Thus, you will be receiving the products from each vendor separately.

Payments

We currently only accept debit/credit card payments and, direct bank-to-bank transfer (only applicable in Malaysia)

We accept debit/credit VISA and Mastercards.

Only one promo code can be used per transaction. Promo code cannot be used with store credits.

Yes, internationally shipped products may incur additional taxes/duties which includes custom fees, VAT, and/or import duties.

You will receive an confirmation email which will list the products purchased inclusive of the total price paid.

Yes, you will need to have a registered account with PurelyB to be able to utilize your promo code or vouchers.

You are only allowed to use 1 promo code per transaction.

Shipping

Shipping is solely dependent on the merchant’s rates.

The customer will be responsible to bear all shipping costs. The only exception is should a merchant provide free shipping (with or without a minimum spend), then the shipping fee for that merchant will be waived.

You will see each merchant’s shipping fee in the Order Summary Box prior to checking out.

Your order will arrive via the courier service of the merchant’s choice:

  • Normal Post
  • Express Post
  • FedEx
  • DHL
  • Runner

Your order will be shipped from the city in which the merchant’s store is listed.

At this time, expedited shipping is unavailable.

Products available for international shipping can be viewed by using our filter.

To ship to multiple addresses, you will need to place multiple orders.

Unfortunately, this feature is not presently available.

This is subjected to the courier service used by the merchant.

This is possible for stores which allows for this option.

Returns

Please note that all return issues are to be settled between customer and merchant directly. Certain items such as perishable items, cosmetics, intimate or sanitary goods, personal care items, digital downloads, gift cards or final sale items are not eligible for return.

By default, all reimbursed amounts will be reimbursed as store credit and will be reflected in your account within 2 business days. Should you request for reimbursement to be in cash, kindly notify us and the money will be wired to you within 14 business days.

This will be dependent on the merchant.

Our merchants provide notice and indicate when stocks are low in their store. Some sold-out items can be limited editions that may not be restocked. In this case, we will remove them from the site.
