PurelyB is proud to announce the debut of ‘B Healthy’, a health and fitness TV show airing this Sunday, 21st August 2016 at 7.00pm (GMT +8) on Astro Gempak website (http://www.astrogempak.com.my/Bhealthy) for viewers worldwide and Astro Bella (Channel 133) and Astro Mustika HD (Channel 134) for viewers in Malaysia. The English-language weekly show which is a collaboration between Astro and PurelyB demonstrates how being healthy can be fun, easy and accessible for everyone - watch the trailer below!
A whole range of health issues and topics are discussed; from post-pregnancy weight loss to discovering healthy versions of your favourite local Asian recipes, hot fitness trends and exotic natural beauty remedies. B Healthy will have it all, inspiring you towards a healthier and happier you.
Popular celebrity Amelia Henderson is the host of ‘B Healthy’ and brings her own brand of energy to the show, while presenting the topics and discussions in an easy-to-understand style for all – whether you’re a health and fitness enthusiast or not.
Each episode revolves around a central theme and consists of three segments - ‘Nutrition’ which presents tips on healthy diets as well as quick and simple recipes; ‘Fitness’ which demonstrates different workouts and ‘Mindfulness’ which deals with the mindfulness aspect of keeping fit and healthy.
Natasha Hashim, the Channel Manager of Astro Bella says, “Regardless of gender, race, age, demographic and occupation, it is important for everyone to maintain good health, so that they can carry out their daily activities efficiently. ‘B Healthy’ will be broadcasted in the English language in order to further its reach, with Southeast Asia being on the radar. Apart from popular Malaysian artistes and celebrities such as Lisa Surihani, Diana Danielle, Deborah Henry, Sazzy Falak, Natasha Hudson, Nana Al Haleq and others, ‘B Healthy’ also features other celebrities from the region such as Raline Shah from Indonesia and Liv Lo from Singapore. ‘B Healthy’ is Astro Bella’s foray into programmes conducted in English.
