Recipe: Green Bean Porridge (Bubur Kacang)
- 300g green beans
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 of gula Melaka
- 2 pandan leaf
- Salt to taste
- Soak the green beans overnight. After soaking, boil beans until tender.
- Cook coconut milk, gula Melaka and pandan leaves into the green peanut and cook until boiling on low heat.
- Lastly, add water and stir slowly to loosen up the porridge. Salt to taste and serve alone or with bread.
