Bliss balls are the easiest way to combine wholesome ingredients, which you probably already have in your kitchen, to form tasty treats that require minimal preparation and no baking. This recipe takes only 10 minutes and requires only eight ingredients with a natural sweetness courtesy of the raisins.
Recipe: Carrot Cake Bliss Ball
- ½ cup raisins
- ½ cup almond flour (ground almonds)
- 1 cup oat flour (can be made by blending / pulsing oats in your blender / food processor)
- 1 tsp. nutmeg powder
- 1 tsp. ginger powder
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- ½ cup grated carrot
- ½ cup unsweetened peanut butter
- Put all the ingredients in a food processor and process until almost smooth (2-3 minutes). Roll into balls, place on a lined tray and chill for an hour in the fridge.
