Recipe: Glowing Skin Smoothie
- 2 ½ cups coconut water
- 2 cups spinach
- ½ avocado
- 1 cup pineapple chunks, frozen or fresh

- Ice cubes
- Place all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Adjust the amount of coconut water used depending on how thick you like your smoothie.
