But as humans, we love routine. It's just so easy to fall into the trap of drinking the same concoctions day after day. What a shame when we have so many different combinations of fruits, vegetables and other nutritious ingredients to play with. It's time to get inspired!

This is the first article in our series to bring you the best smoothies on Instagram and we’d like to kick it off by giving you the boost you need to tackle your day! Now all you need to do is grab a high-power blender, a few ingredients and enjoy!

1. Coconut Peach Green Smoothie by @simplegreensmoothies

  • 2 cups of spinach
  • 2 cups of coconut milk
  • 1 orange (peeled)
  • Sliced peaches (or stoned fruits such as apricots, plums and cherries)
