Pumpkins never go out of style. They may not be your usual blender suspects, but they are packed with fibre, antioxidants and beta-carotene. Enjoy this thick, creamy and crazy delicious vegan, dairy-free smoothie with its warming spice without the guilt and plenty of feel-good vibes. Perfect for anytime of the day.

Ingredients:

  • 150ml organic coconut milk
  • 100ml water
  • 5g of allspice
  • 1 banana
  • 50g roasted pumpkin
  • 1 tablespoon desiccated coconut
  • Raw cacao powder to taste

Method:

  1. Put everything in a blender and blend till smooth.
  2. Add a little more coconut milk as desired.
  3. Sprinkle cacao powder over the smoothie.
  4. Enjoy!
