- 150ml organic coconut milk
- 100ml water
- 5g of allspice
- 1 banana
- 50g roasted pumpkin
- 1 tablespoon desiccated coconut
- Raw cacao powder to taste
- Put everything in a blender and blend till smooth.
- Add a little more coconut milk as desired.
- Sprinkle cacao powder over the smoothie.
