- >2 handful dark leafy greens (e.g. kangkong, spinach)
- 3 small, ripe bananas
- 1/2 dragon fruit
- 1 litre filtered water
- Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- If you have a blender that can blend ice, pop a few in there and blend it together to make a nice cold smoothie. Otherwise, just stick the smoothie in the fridge for about 15 minutes.
