These may be a little different from your usual sushi rolls.
These rolls of raw goodness are filled with fresh vegetables and are packed full of nutrients. You may use our recipe as a guideline, but feel free to use other vegetables of your choice too.
- Take your seaweed sheet and spread Tahini in the middle of the sheet.
- Add the vegetables: first the carrots, then the other toppings.
- Sprinkle with turmeric, salt and pepper, and roll.
- Enjoy your meal!
