Red Wine Vinegar

Apple Cider Vinegar

White Wine Vinegar

White wine vinegar is less acidic compared to white and apple cider vinegar. It helps promote a healthy heart and has anti-tumour properties. Like other antioxidants, the polyphenols found in white vinegar helps reduce cancer risks due to their ability to neutralise free radicals in the body.

Rice Vinegar

Produced in Japan and China, rice vinegar is sweeter than wine vinegars. Rice vinegar contains amino acids and aids in preventing fatty peroxide formation in your body. This helps reduce cholesterol that build up on the walls of blood vessels. It is a favourite for making sushi rice and stir-fry recipes.

Malt Vinegar

The acid in malt vinegar offers health benefits like aiding in blood sugar control, weight management and heart health. Malt vinegar makes a good choice for meat marinade or even making homemade pickles!
