The morning commute to work in KL must be one of the most frustrating times of the day. Whether you drive a car or take public transport, you can be sure of one thing - traffic. Although there isn’t too much that we can do about the traffic, we can use the 30 to 120 minutes that we have constructively.

Books are great, however they are a no-no if you’re driving and are cumbersome on a jam-packed bus or train. So what are we left with? Podcasts! Rather than listening to whatever the commercial radio stations play, download a series of entertaining and educational podcasts. Here are seven health and wellness podcasts to get you started!

TEDTalks Health

TED Talks are renowned all around the world for their inspirational and thought-provoking presentations. So why not take them wherever you go? TEDTalks Health invites an array of the world’s leaders in health to present everything from medical breakthroughs to smart daily health habits to help you live a healthier life. The health and wellness community is always stumbling upon new innovations, so it’s important to keep up!

Although she founded an organic smoothie company called Glow Bio and is big on yoga, she also talks about beauty, empowerment, emotional health and much more. It’s quick and dirty, and all killer without the filler.
