These may be a little different from your usual sushi rolls.

These rolls of raw goodness are filled with fresh vegetables and are packed full of nutrients. You may use our recipe as a guideline, but feel free to use other vegetables of your choice too.

Method:

  1. Take your seaweed sheet and spread Tahini in the middle of the sheet.
  2. Add the vegetables: first the carrots, then the other toppings.
  3. Sprinkle with turmeric, salt and pepper, and roll.
  4. Enjoy your meal!
Note: Seaweed is a really great source of iodine, which is important for your thyroid gland, plus other minerals. Sprouts are also chock-full of nutrients.
