What is PurelyB’s 21 Days To A Better Body health programme all about?

This programme was designed and developed by Carina and myself. We pooled our knowledge and experience in the nutrition and fitness industry both locally and abroad, took a step back and realised that we had to fill a gap. We understand that many of us struggle to start living healthy, or perhaps some of us find ourselves in a rut, or are lacking the motivation to stay on course, or just want to continue living a healthy lifestyle.

Here’s how this programme is unique – it’s not your run-of-the-mill weight loss programme in X days. Rather, the 21 Days To A Better Body is a specially designed programme to help you kickstart a healthy lifestyle, improve yourself and help you stay on track.

How is this programme unique from other popular weight loss programmes?
