The holiday season is coming up BUT it is definitely not the time to slack off. Here's a super simple and doable workout you can easily squeeze in while you are away. You don’t need much space and it’s equipment free, so no excuses!


15 Mins No Equipment Lower Body Workout

Warm up: Skipping, 300 skips.

Repeat circuit for 3 rounds.
10 seconds rest between exercises, 90 seconds between each round.

Alternate reverse lunges, 20 reps.
Do not let the knee cave in.
Alternate jumping lunges, 20 reps.
To prevent injury, land as softly as possible.
Air squats, 20 reps.
Keep the chest up and go low.
Jumping squats, 20 reps.
Try to keep the torso as upright as possible while landing.

Top tip: Do this as a part of your finisher on leg day. Be strict with the rest period and repetition and I can assure you will thank me the next day!
