In this week’s episode, PurelyB’s Health and Wellness Director Carina Lipold and host Amelia Henderson discuss superfoods – what are they and how they can benefit you, and raw food. The mention of raw food more often than not brings to mind lots and lots of salad but Carina will take you into the kitchen to demonstrate a few raw food recipes, both sweet and savoury that you can whip up easily and enjoy in no time! Joining Carina in the kitchen is Deborah Henry, TV host and former Miss Malaysia.
