And lucky for you, they are in abundance!
Acrobatic Yoga is for everyone; combining a healthy mix of strength, balance and concentration. If you thought that you had good balance, slacklining will put you to the test. The first step is to be able to stand on the slackline and then walk - sounds simple enough, huh? Once you’ve mastered that, the next step is to learn all of the cool tricks that you can do while balancing up there. Slackline KL usually meets on the weekends at Titiwangsa for its jams and you can check out their Facebook page for more details.

With their guiding mantra of "where there is a bar, there we will do calisthenics!” Bar-Ragazz is a Kuala Lumpur-based calisthenics team that aims to inspire people to work out without a trainer or gym. Just bring yourself to one of their street workouts and they’ll provide the bars, the training and most importantly, the motivation. Check out their Facebook page for more information.
