Fell off the bandwagon after starting your New Year’s goals? Just jump back on it. Every day can be your fresh beginning. Every day can be that day that you can put whatever that can help you become the best you, first.
Sometimes, we just need a little help and some information. Also, you don’t have to go through this journey alone! What better to find these like-minded people than hustling through a workout with other people?
“But I don’t have the time!” We got you. Luckily, there is a specific type of workout that caters to the busybees who still want to get their sweat in. Drumroll please:
High Intensity Training! HIT for short.
While it may sound similar to HIIT, which has gained immense popularity around the world, there’s a slight difference. Like HIIT, HIT workouts are also performed within a short period of time (usually less than an hour) at a high intensity. The only difference is the workout is performed in an all-out training session from beginning to end with no recovery time in between.
So to help you find your fitness buddies and be able squeeze in exercise time, we have compiled a list of fitness studios that conducts HIT classes in Hong Kong. Maybe you’ll find one that’s near you!
Hong Kong Island
Okay, so these first two are HIIT, but we couldn’t resist including them.
HIT45

What you can expect from HIT45’s classes is a warm-up session that is a mix of cardio, bodyweight and flexibility exercises, followed by a cardio session, then strength training, to be finished with a good 5-minute stretch and cooldown. Yes, all that in under an hour!
They don’t just bring this holistic attitude in their class, but the way they programme their weekly schedule too. Each day focuses on a different part of your body — lower, upper, core, and full body. This makes it hard not to go to HIT45 every day!

F45 (stands for Function 45) focuses on training you to get better at function movements in 45 minutes. You never know what kind of workout you are going to walk into with F45. Every day is a different theme. Some days are more weight-focused, some more cardio-based.
On Saturdays, the theme is Hollywood, which is a mix of cardio and weights. There are a few workout stations you have to go through and keep rotating through the different stations as the timer goes on and off.
Next thing you know, you’re done with your workout! This is what makes F45 fun. The pumped up coaches, music, and fellow classmates definitely can help you grind through the class too!
