The plank pose strengthens the entire body including arms, shoulders, core, and thighs. Hands are lined up perfectly underneath the shoulders with fingers spread and palms flat for support. Tailbone is tucked. Hips not too high, inline with the shoulders. Legs are straight, thighs engaged. The plank is a super pose!
