Today’s challenge? A 20-minute HIIT Fit routine.
You can watch and follow this routine on your phone outdoors in the park, at the beach or even indoors if you have a 6 by 6 ft space. All you will need is a timer or app to indicate your circuit.
If you are not on grass or sand you may need a mat to lie down on and do your core workout. If you’d like, you can also wear gloves to protect your hands.
